REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

The returned product should be complete and suitably protected for transport. You may inspect and check the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. You are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling the product beyond this extent. Proof of purchase must be included with the return.

After you request a return, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your parcel. The cost of returning the product is paid by the customer unless the product is faulty or does not match the order. Please do not send products back before receiving instructions regarding the return address and shipping method.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is faulty, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and put it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special-order or personalised products), and personal care goods (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a particular item.

Sale items are eligible for returns. Gift cards cannot be returned, except where required by law.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once your return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As described above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process the refund.
